What we collect

Your phone number, the name you give Nell, the messages you exchange with Nell, and the phone numbers and replies of people Nell contacts for you. If you choose to, your email address, for occasional updates or to get back into your account.

How we use it

Only to run Nell: to deliver your asks, carry on conversations, and send you answers. Messages are processed by our AI providers (Anthropic, and TypeSafe for quick routing decisions) and delivered through our messaging providers (Sendblue and Linq). Emails are sent through Resend. You can unsubscribe from update emails with the link in any of them, or remove your email from your account page.

Our website (heynell.com) uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people use. It sets cookies in your browser. It isn't used on your account page or on pages and apps Nell makes for you, and it never sees your texts.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information. We don't share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for marketing.

Retention and deletion

We keep conversation history so Nell can follow up on your asks. Text Nell or email [email protected] to ask for your data to be deleted and we'll remove it.

Opting out

Reply STOP at any time and Nell will stop texting you.
